Returns

I create every piece of jewelry by hand, one at a time, whether it's part of a series or one of a kind. I use quality materials, and stones that have their own individual personalities. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, there are natural variations no matter how similar they may look to another piece in the series.

Each piece of jewelry is 100% guaranteed for workmanship and materials for one year after the purchase date.

I want you to fall in love with the jewelry you purchased from me. I'm happy to refund or exchange your purchase if you need to return it for any reason. I ask that you follow my guidelines below:

• Returns for refund must be made within 7 days of receipt of the package.

• Returns for exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of the package.

• Jewelry must be in original, unaltered condition and show no signs of wear. I recommend that you rewrap the item in it's original packaging, if possible, to protect the piece from the perils of shipping.

• You are responsible for return shipping. Also, original shipping charges are not refundable.
